"It’s located at a quiet area. Away from the hustle and bustle urban noise, but easy to access. The staff are friendly and polite; the meal and coffee are good value for the money. Highly recommend to stop by on the relaxing Saturday. (They don’t open on Sunday)"

"Lovely cafe tucked away in a tightly packed suburban neighborhood. It's attached to a day care and lacks a bit of off street parking but has some on the road at the front. We had the eggs benidct and potato rosti with guacamole, both were amazing and eggs poach to perfection. Our drink came out staggered and a lil slow seeing as we're the only customers at the time. Had a large latte and it was made very well. Definitely worth a visit."

"I popped in to have a quick catch-up with a friend, so I didn't really take a lot of notice. It was my first visit and I'm sure it won't be my last. Friendly, chatty staff. The cold cabinet looked tempting. There is a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Limited on-site parking, but there is parking on the road."

"One of the most peaceful spots I’ve been for a cafe! Me and my partner ordered the L Eggs Benedict with Salmon and a L Belgium waffles as well as blended ice oat caramel latte. The food was so fresh and hot. The portion sizes were very generous and they didn’t hold back with the hollandaise sauce. It was delicious!! The service was chill and the lady serving us was sweet. Thank you Tōtara cafe team! Would hope to come back another time we’re in town! :)"
